Return Policy

At Scott & Angela Toronto, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchase. However, if you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Returns can only be requested after the item has been physically received

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (including international shipping fees)

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition

  • All original tags and labels must still be attached

  • Trying on items is allowed, but they must not be worn beyond fitting

  • Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted

Return Process

  1. Submit your return request by emailing info@scottangelatoronto.com within 30 days of receiving your order

  2. After approval, you will receive the return address of our supplier

  3. Ship the item back at your own expense, including any applicable shipping or customs fees

  4. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (track & trace)

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and meets the return conditions, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days after approval

  • The amount will be returned via the original payment method

Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments; please always use a trackable shipping method

  • If tracking confirms delivery to the provided return address, the shipment is considered received

  • Providing an incorrect shipping address is the responsibility of the customer

  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order
